Date at the Lake (megz only)

Alec:
I walked out of the forest with my iPod blaring in my ears. Any body close could hear sarcasm playing loudly from the headphones. I sighed and looked around for Cory. She wasn't here yet so I walked down the dock. Kicking off my shoes I continued to walk. I got to the end and rolled up my pants sticking my feet in the water.

" ALec!" I called out running toward the lake. I was wearing my hair in a braid and had on a blue sundress with black low-top converse. I hugged him from behind and laughed. I was excited about today.

Alec:
I pulled out my ears buds and shoved them in my pocket. I laughed. "Hi Cory." I stood up and rolled my pant legs back down. I hugged her tight. "I'm guessing you feel a lot better?" I asked still smiling.

I nodded my head and grinned. The apollo camper had made me take some more nectar but I was fine after that. " Yep. Crazy mortal/monster muggers ain't got nothin on me." I said, grinning. I leaned upward and kissed him soflty.

I smiled and kissed her back. "Good to know." I wrapped my arms around her waist holding her tight. "I love you." I said.

I smiled and put my fourhead against his. " I love you too." I said, smiling brightly. I kissed him again, my cheeks a rosy red.

I held her close to me not wanting to let go. I really did love her. She made me feel so happy it was unimaginable.

I smiled up at him and cocked my heads to the side. " How are ya?" I asked him, taking his hands in mine and swaying them slightly back and forth. I could be like a little kid at times.

I laughed at how she was acting. "I'm fine. Been boring without you." I said honestly. All I did was see Sammi and tell her about Cory. Sammi was happy for me but she seemed a little sad.

I smiled up at him and stoped swayng. " I heard this really good song on the radio this morning. It was called 'Hope it gives you hell' by All American Rejects and I just can't get it out of my head." I said, grining.

I grinned back at her. "Haven't heard that one. I was just listening to Get Scared." I smiled at her. She knew how much I liked music.

I smiled slightly and pecked him on the cheeek. " How does Get Scared go?" I asked him, cocking my head to the side. We pretty much had the same musical tastes so I wasn't worried that I wouldn't like it.

I laughed. "Get Scared is the band. The song was Sarcasm." I began singing the song. "You've got me shaking from the way you're talk-ing. My heart is breaking but there's no use crying. What a cyanide surprise you have left for my eyes. If I had common sense I'd cut myself or curl up and die." I smiled. The lyrics spoke truth.

I smiled dreamily and swayed to the music. I chuckled and placed a hand on his cheek. "You're a real good singer love. " I complimented, grinning. He was better than me for sure.

I rolled my eyes and smiled. "You're joking right?" I wasn't as good as Andy Biersack or Nick Matthews or any other band I liked. "Well one things for sure, I'm not as good as you." I smiled at her. She really had a nice voice.

I jutted my bottom lip out and looked up at him. " Why would I joke? You really are a good singer and don't you deny it!" I said, a smile returning to my face. I blushed a bright red and looked down. "Oh come on. I can sing a lulabye or two but I'm not that good." I said, looking down at my hands.

I grabbed her hands and made her look at me. "You want me to accept I'm a good singer, you need to do the same." I kissed her forehead. "I would never lie to you."

I blushed a bright red and smiled up at him. “ Then that makes us the most bestest singing couple in the world." I said, smiling brightly. I leaned upward a little and kissed him softly.

I shrugged and kissed his nose. " You wanna go for a swim?" I asked, gesturing to th lake with a nod of my head. It had gotten a lot warmer and the water couldn't be too cold. And though I wanted to deny it I might have wanted to see him without a shirt on.

I raised an eyebrow then thought. Swimming equals swimsuit. And swimsuit might equal bikini. I smirked. "Sure." I stepped back and took off my shirt throwing it onto the dock. My shoes were already off so no worries there. Setting my iPod down on the dock I dove into the water. Shockingly it was cold. I came up from the water and shook my head. I laughed.

I laughed and folowed suit, slipping out of my dress and revealing my blue two piece with red emroidery. I actually had a tone of bikinis having grown up in Miami and all and this was surprisingly my most decent one. I swan dived in after him and burst out laughing once I came to the surface. " How the hell can water be this cold?" I asked, swimming over to him.

I chuckled and floated next to him. " Well I was a big nerd in school. I actually skipped fourth grade if you can believe it." I said, sighing. I'd been picked on a lot for being smart. It was stupid and pointless but I had stopped paying attention to it soon enough.
