Ledaership. Well Xander knows he could handle this. Knowing all the rules and responsibilities of a typical Cabin leader. Actually Xander thinks that wanting to be a cabin leader does not mean he or she is power hungry, it just shows that you would be ready and will stand for the commitment you are into.

Xander while he wrote his name. Pictures of plans for his cabin flashes, knowing and hoping these plans will soon be done in his time of heading his beloved cabin. He admits that in this nomination there's a somewhat competition with his siblings. That's sucks really, because as we all know what their mom is. A master strategist, and its natural for athena kids to be like this. They're wiser, smarter and clever than the others.
